Austin McFalls is a dedicated business owner and skilled tradesman with a passion for hands-on work and serving his community. He founded McFalls Locksmith in 2019 and has been a licensed locksmith since 2020, building a reputation for reliability and quality service. With a background in carpentry, Austin brings craftsmanship and attention to detail to everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the drums, scuba diving, and spending meaningful time with his family.

In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors and making lasting memories with his grandchildren.

Roy Chapman is a dedicated public servant with a lifelong commitment to helping others. After serving 30 years with Burke County Public Schools, he continues to make a difference in his community as a licensed locksmith since 2019. Roy has also spent decades as a firefighter, beginning at just 16 years old, and still actively volunteers with the North Carolina Forest Service. When he’s not serving others, he enjoys camping and spending quality time with his family.
